 Want to share that I have had many positive interactions with QVC Social Team regarding  my Christmas  returns, exchanges  and  price adjustments .

I  do appreciate the quick response and help from QVC Social Team members :

The Social Team is great...and so prompt with responses! This is a timely thread for me to thank mod @Susan-QVC  for her speedy response to me yesterday with my price adjustment issue.

@Pearlee @skatting44 Very nice of you ladies to do this. I see so many posts about problems and posters being advised to contact the Social Team, it's great to read this.

The Social Team here gives the best customer service I have ever had anywhere (and I'm no spring chicken!)  I've posted before that they are the Gold Standard for customer service. 👍👍

 

Now, deleting my posts/threads is a whole different ball game but I won't go there. 😄
