I had an ongoing problem trying to sign into my account. Turns out, it was some sticky keys on my old laptop. Customer Care by phone fixed the problem instantly.

@FLgardener   I have to ask, how did CS manage to unstick your keys?  I didn't know that could be done virtually.  Did they do a cyber scrub?
