I know free shipping and Promo Codes can make things crazy at QVC!  When the Pomo Code wouldn't work for me on one of Valerie's items, I used the chat feature and Sean was AMAZING! Prompt and professional - quickly helped me out and I was able to utilize the Promo Code! It's always great when any service exceeds your expectations!

I too had trouble with a VPH item.  Other things would go in my cart and the FS would show but not Valerie.  Weird!  I called CS and she said they had been having issues all day with the website.I would have ordered more but I like to use cashback sites in addition to the FS but can't do it when going thru CS.
