I know there have been alot of complaints about customer service, but I want to thank Karen. I returned an item and it was received and credited quickly. However, they credited me for an item I purchased in April and didn't return. They credited me all my easy payments individually. I thought, oh this is going to be a hassle. When I explained to Karen what happened, she was surprised, and understood everything perfectly. She said she had to refer it to a different department for investigation. Well, I thought, here we go. But it was all straightened out in a week. I am impressed with both Karen for her part explaining this to another department and that department for fixing the error quickly. Thank you to all involved in this situation.

It is nice to see a positive appreciated post. I have felt sorry for anyone named Karen and wasn't sure until I opened the post if it was going to be negative? I am glad she got the message. Lol.
