I made a complaint about price changes for the Beauty Advent Calendar and the direction CS wanted me to take to rectify it.  To my amazement CS, sent an email this weekend (and I hope all of the customers who purchased this before the price change) that my account would be credited with the difference without any intervention by me!  Kudos CS.  I am impressed.  Thank you!
