Hugh thank you to Beth in Customer Care for helping me with a missing package.  It arrived today and I am very grateful for her prompt response to my problem and excellent resolution! 😁

@Lisamartha. I agree. @Beth-QVC has been very helpful to me several times I have had problems with QVC orders. I think QVC has Beth to thank for saving customers for the company. The times I have gotten her help I have started out being disgruntled about the issue/problem but have ended up very happy about how Beth resolved it. I think she goes the extra mile to make some snafu right for the customer, hence saving customers for QVC.

That said, I think the whole Social Team here provides excellent, fast and very courteous customer service.
