Terrible service and stuck in process

I placed an order that is stuck in process. It is a food item and I was just coming back to Qvc and this was a gift.
Customer service was rude which they usually are not. I would appreciate transparency on what is going on as I feel covid is being used and all other companies are getting orders out. I only order online.
I am very frustrated. If they cannot fulfill tgey should not be selling on tv and online.

When did you place the order? I placed an order from Target on 5/6. It is still processing. I checked for the items online last week and they show out of stock. Everyday the website changes my EDD further and further away. I called Target customer service and was told that the order cannot be cancelled while processing but can be cancelled after I get a tracking #.  Go figure. I know that the warehouses are not open now but like you I wish they had the capability to cancel an order it the item is out of stock. Frustrating but not a big deal.
