How can a company profess to have exceptional customer service but leave the customers without their ordered items?   I have two items I ordered a month ago and they still haven't shipped.  CS refuses to let me cancel the items,  they just say sorry.  The board MODS tried to help but to no avail.  Ridiculous!!

[ Edited ]

I have ordered from Amazon, Prime took 2 1/2 weeks.  I have ordered from Walmart, took 2 weeks and 3/4 of my order was not available.

I have ordered from QVC and yes, have waited a couple weeks.

QVC does NOT sell essentials.  No TP, no paper towels, no medicine etc.  I don't understand the fuss.  I ordered some clothing items from LTS.  What is the rush for them?  NOTHING, We all have closets full of things to wear.

Yes, they sell food, but I doubt any of us are going to starve without a Junior's Cheesecake or Rastelli's meats.

What on earth would any of us order from QVC that we can't live without?  QVC is not typically the fastest in the shipping dept., so why would we order something needed immediately?

Compound the delay with the pandemic, warehousing and shipping issues all across the US.  Safety concerns necessitating smaller crews and excessive sanitary measure.  Now add in curfews.

IMHO, these complaints are unwarranted considering what has been and IS going on in this country.  Try to be patient and look at the big picture.  It isn't all about me and that blouse!

@RespectLife Your argument is very reasonable and I think most of us would agree that we can live without our orders until they arrive. I'm not sure that's the point though. When a company offers merchandise & we purchase that merchandise we have a reasonable expectation to receive that merchandise. Since credit/debit cards arent charged until items ship, QVC is essentially holding funds hostage and no one knows when these charges will hit making budgeting for some people impossible. Aside from that QVC should do the courtesy of letting customers cancel excessively delayed orders if they wish to. With customer service being non-existent customers feel they have no recourse and that causes frustration. You're right though, it's not all about you or me or a blouse but it IS important and if customers are buying items for gifts it's even more important. Taking all this into account, I respectfully disagree that complaints are unwarranted.

Absolutely! And why are they giving many ship dates only to have them never happen. And when you complain to CS to have them cancel they send a shipping notice that says preparing to ship for days. I'm about as fed up with people acting like we customers who are getting the runaround are selfish as I am with the q.

They should also take into account that many people who want to take a package to the Post Office can't get there. Hours are very short here due to the virus! You can't do a pick up for pay it your way!

@DAD

Sure you can!  There are dozens of postage apps online for you to pay and print your own postage label.  Then you can have it picked up.

I never knew that. My problem is I'm not good on setting new apps up on my computer. Either is my husband! We're just old I guess. But maybe I can get my daughter to help me if I ever need it again.

Re: Terrible Customer Service

@RespectLife  do you have to know the weight of the package so that you would know the cost? I´ve seen a few people buying scales at the P.O.  Can you use a bathroom or kitchen scale?
