Once states started to realize taxing s/h was a font of money the state can collect......payday easy money.

I am sure you meant tax in general, as clothing purchases, with the exception of handbags(not considered a necessity?) are not taxed at all in PA. Your invoices should show the price of the merchandise, the S&H and that should be the total......

New York charges tax on shipping and handling.

Susan Graver clothing is not sold in my state at all.  I don't think they should charge tax on SG clothing because of it.

 

Everyone nickel and dimes everything.
