Target grill pellets

I ordered my brother the TSV Treget grill.It came with 40 lbs of pellets.They were suspose to arrive April 29 and they are still tracked as saying on the way.It hasn't moved since April 22.What is the deal .I tried customer service not luck, said to call Treger customer service.I called all day and can't no where.This is so disgusting.Please sent the pellets.

He did try the grill right away but no pellets.
