Just went through a TSV going to back order and not able to receive. Now what has happened to my order placed on 5/30 for the Bio Cleaner?

When that happened to me I called Customer Service and they immediately put a tracer on the item. Turned out it had been sitting in my local Post office for over a week.
Also when I returned something to the Q and they didn't receive it, we learned that the Post Office hadn't even attempted to return it.....for two weeks it sat in the back room.underneath other packages.
