I was checking the couple of returns that I've made since the end of last year and noticed that one had not yet been credited.  I waited until now due to the holidays, COVID, staffing and the warehouse fire. 

When I sent an email to the QVCSOCIALTEAM,  I got a response almost immediately from Cindy,  that she took care of it and my credit was issued.  THANK  YOU CINDY!   I could not ask for better customer service and account management ...  you and the entire team have always been the benchmark both in service, response time and detective work.   I am so appreciative.
