This morning I tried to order an item online, twice. It didn't show up in my account, so I called customer service and ordered the item. Later, about an hour later, two more orders showed up in my account. If the system is down, please put a notice online that it's down. You could also show on TV that it's down. You do a great disservice to your customers when you keep us in the dark.

Same thing happened to me. Ordered item twice now I have two pending payments on my debit card. I even talked to someone on line about it before I placed the second order and was told by her that there was no order it must not have gone through, that's why I placed the second one and when that one didn't show up I CALLED and CS told me what was going on. Wish I had just called CS in the first place, Chat on line is useless !!!!! They really should put up a notice on line and tell people over the air that something is wrong. I just saw now it's back up so I went in and cancelled one of the orders but of course my money is tied up for the next 7 days, it's annoying !!! .

There was a notice on line this morning. It said you could order, but would not be able to access other information for a while. (Loosely paraphrased)
