My order placed on May 6th for a Louis Dell'Olio top keeps switching from in process and backorder to in process and now on backorder again. I understand that shipping is delayed due to reduced staff, but either the item is in the warehouse or it isn't there. I appreciated it two weeks ago when they sent an e-mail saying my shipment would be delayed, but this back and forth on the status is confusing.
