Reviews of this item make it clear that someone messed up in the labeling of these jackets. Countless reviews where camo was ordered and animal print shipped and visa versa.

 

I ordered camo and got animal.

 

QVC - what are you going to do to make this right for your customers?

 

I wanted camo and now it is sold out.

Just chatted with customer service and the camo is now unavailable. Can't even backorder. This is so annoying. I ordered before the presentation on the jacket even started.

 

Horrible customer service, QVC!
