Surprised to Get Shipping Your Way Refund

Is this new? I returned n item using my own method of shipping so i didnt have to use newgistics and I received an email stating my shipping cost was refunded

Not new, I never use the slower than molasses in the winter time return label, I always pay for returns on my own.

When I have to return a defective or wrong item sent order, I'm refunded my return shipping cost.

The first time it happened, it surprised me too.

They must take the amount I paid from the front of the package, because I've never included a receipt showing how much postage I paid.

Returns for any other reason, I've never been reimbursed for.

You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.
