Bought my friend a giftcard on QVC's own website
Friend made a purchase LAST DECEMBER
QVC insists my friend's purchase was fraud without providing any proof and deleted my friend's account
We have contacted QVC customer service, Social.Team@qvc.com, and TXDaytoDayOps@qvc.com REPEATEDLY but QVC is still refusing to refund either one of us!
Don't buy from QVC!

This sounds a little suspicious. Do you have proof that you purchased the gift card? If so how could your friend's purchase be fraudulent if you gave her the card? This doesn't add up.

No one here can help you. But I suspect you knew that.
And I will buy from QVC whenever I see fit to do so. You and your "issues" are irrelevant!

@QVCRefuseRefund. If you've contacted all these people, why are you telling us, a bunch of customers?
Just for giggles, why do you suppose QVC made the claim?

If you paid for something with your credit card, call the credit card company and file a complaint.
If legit, you will get your money back.

The thing is, nobody forced you to buy your friend a gift card from QVC.
I have always been treated fairly and I've shopped here for well over 35 years.
There has to be more to this story than what you've disclosed in your post.
QVC is in the business of selling merchandise and would not intentionally drive customers away.
There has to be a reason that QVC felt there was some fraud in your transaction.
Just like I'm feeling that your post is fraudulent.

My kids have been buying me QVC gift cards off the website for years and there was only a problem one time. My daughter sent me the virtual gift card for my birthday in Feb.and I didn't receive it. My daughter made one phone call to Customer Service and 15 minutes later, I received it in my email. So I am very sceptical of this story. Just sayin'.
