Still “In Process”

I placed an order on 7/20/18 and it is still in process. I would like to know the status of this item if possible.

I think you will get a quicker response if you live chat with them. I do that when I have an issue and the response is very fast.

@Nascar girl Your order is being shipped by the Vendor which adds an additional 2 days to the shipping process. The EDD is 7/27/18, we'll check the status tomorrow morning. Cindy

I placed an order for the TSV from Isaac-the 24/7 Slim Leg Pants-right away on sunday night, pacific time. that order is still processing this afternoon. It's been 4 business days now. I sent an email and complained via the chat service. the rep just said she would refer my concerns to the appropriate department. I think I'll start ordering more from HSN. They get orders out within 2 business days & frequently sooner. QVC must not consider this issue important.

No, they don't. I ordered something on the 22nd and it just now, today, finally went out.

Only place on the ball is Amazon why they're # 1

@Pecky I did a live chat, and they couldn't help me. My item is still IN PROCESS. The CS rep had no idea why it was taking so long.......and also was confounded as to why it is taking so long.

I've had the same issue; when I called and spoke with a representative here answer was, "the EDD is 7/31, if it doesn't arrive by then, call us" - a bit frustrating.

I also had two in process for days. Just shipped and one is being delivered today by UPS instead of regular mail. Leaving on vacation and wanted both before I left, but not sure if that will be happening.

All My Items that I ordered on the 25th ( @ least 12 items) from a VPH CIJ show still says "IN PROCESS" as well. Most say EDD for 8/2. Not sure what is going on...if still in process as states I do not think they will be here in 2 days time...STRANGE. Hope all is OK, My orders were things that go together for decor, and sold out fast. would hate to only get a few of the items I orderd since all go together.
