[Hoping for the best]

Item on air... is NOT the item currenty on air.  Isaac is on from 12-1AM and the website is airing Kim Gravel instead.   Website is also SLOW.  Today I ordered items (while the items were on air, and immediately,,,,, only to find out they became backordered and stated so on my order status later on. Unacceptable and infuriating.

@Hoping for the best.  It has been that way for months...or longer.  It usually will be listed under "items recently on air" or you can enter the item number

@Kachina624 there is a 15 minute delay on the television from the website.  You can watch the presentation on line... and see the same presentation on television broadcast 15 minutes later verbatim. This is a major change from QVC's recent web update.

Check the time zone Q site is using. I'm in Central time but have mine set to Eastern time. 

Or.....

Do you need to delete your device's cookies, history, and cache and then reboot? 

Or was your internet slow at that moment?  It may also need to be rebooted.

@Hoping for the best.  I 5hink this is a problem with your local provider.  I often watch QVC with my sister in PA.  She's usually a few seconds ahead of me but last week, I was about 10 seconds head of her.  She lives about 15 miles from QVC, I'm about 1800 miles.  Never has there been a 15 min difference.
