Not conducive for sales when you can;t add anything to the cart. I use online ordering because it's (supposed to be) convenient. Meanwhile I'll browse elsewhere, if I miss out on the items I intended to order so be it. You could at least put a banner up on the main page letting customers know your site is unavailable.

Re: Something went wrong….

@Silvy   I have had that happen 3 times in the last week.  I solved  it by clearing my cookies and cache on my computer.  Not ideal, but it worked.  I am not sure why this is happeneding all of a sudden.  I use Firefox on an Apple iMac

Me too. In fact, I had to also do a forced restart after clearing everything.  But then I could order as usual.

Re: Something went wrong….

Thanks for the suggestion but I'd tried it on both a browser and their app, neither worked. In this day of e-commerce, downtime is lost revenue and trust. At least clearly  communicate on the site if there are problems. Anyways, it decided to process this time so someone apparently 'jiggled the handle'.

@Silvy I do find the website to be glitchy.  Try closing your web browser and reopening.  Sometimes just opening a new window and going to cart works.  FYI, I don't sign out, since I am the only one that uses my computer and I don't want to add another layer of log in.

I think it may be helpful when discussing a technical problem to state the device and browser being used.

I don't have this problem using Safari on an iPad. I always make certain that my devices have been updated with the latest softwear.
