My order came in yesterday and in the bottom of the box was someone's packing slip. The products she ordered weren't in the box, just the paper. Should I call customer service and let them know?

Re: Someone Else's Packing Slip

I wouldn't bother as they seem quite disorganized right now.  Just watch your billing and make sure they didn't charge you for the other persons items.  That really shouldn't happen but it's where we are today, total incompetence.

It’s probably human error. It happens. I’ve had it happen a few times with different companies.

Re: Someone Else's Packing Slip

I've had this happen and there really isn't anything CS needs/con to do as long as you got the correct products (I did call the first time it happened).  The only concern I had was that a complete stranger got my packing slip and hence my "personal" info such as my name and address.  Ultimately though no harm no foul really.

Yes, her name and address are on the slip. I didn't know what to do. I have received As Is with someone's slip, too. It happens frequently.

I'm sure her items were sent, but her packing list just fell into my box. I've also received packages without one and wondered the same.

Re: Someone Else's Packing Slip

When this happened to me I mailed the packing slip to the intended recipient as a courtesy to a fellow customer. Easy to do since I had their name and address. And I agree with previous answer, watch your statements for errors.

Re: Someone Else's Packing Slip

@mspemberley nothing so far. I do frequently check because I've been overcharged several times lately when the computers don't remove the shipping fees from $75 + orders.

The irony, what she purchased was an oil I had in my cart last week but took it out. She bought five (5). The slip was face up and I saw the oils listed. I thought oh my gosh, did I order those? I didn't see them in the box so I looked at the paper.

Thank you for the suggestion. I have to go by the post office today and will drop it in the mail.

@SnowOwl79    They don't care.  Just toss it.

Re: Someone Else's Packing Slip

That has happened to me before.

But last week I got some Temptations instead of the Berkie Blanket Buddy I had ordered.  Thankfully what I ordered was still available so Customer Service ordered me another one.  That would be a real bummer to order something, get the wrong item, and then what you really wanted was sold out.

One of these days I will get around to returning the Temptations.

@Kachina624 she may not. Unless her oils expired over a year ago, then she may want a return label Cat Surprised
