@wuj03 - So, this is a bit confusing.  You actually were able to order the dress you wanted at the sale price, but decided you wanted a different size, when it showed up later?

 

As I pointed out in post #3, you should've contacted the Social Team (or even a CS rep by phone, if it was only an hour later) and asked them to adjust the order.  If anyone could do it, without affecting the price, they could.

@KingstonMom  - There's nothing "bait & switch" about it.  It's an expiring sale price, not substituting an inferior product for the one offered.
