This isn't anything major, but ever since Qvc changed their home page and did some fixes here in the forums back in Feb. Or March, while using my smartphone I Couldn't see anyone's avatars while using it in portrait mode, I could only see them in landscape mode. But low and behold, today the avatars are back in portrait and landscape! Little things amuse me, lol, but I'm glad someone in the IT department got at least that fixed. Now, if I could only zoom in and out again with my fingers, it'd be great.

I think @x Hedge had the same problems as me, so if I remembered right, how's it look to you?

My phone had no problem with any website but this one. This website was causing eye pain and headaches after QVC 'improved' it.

By sheer luck, I was given a small tablet as a gift just as it was becoming impossible for me to continue using my phone here.

I'm glad to hear something has been corrected.

            @KitTkat,  I just checked and with my iPhone 5 (Safari, all software up-to-date, and I went into Settings, Safari, and cleared history/cookies/data, and then under Advanced cleared all website data), guess what!   The avatars are back!    I still can use the pinch-to-zoom feature with my iPhone 5 but not with my old iPad 3. 

           This change signals that the site has had software modifications...  which also means we need to be watchful for any new problems that might pop up.   Thanks for the heads up!😊

@dooBdoo I missed seeing the avatars! Some of them are so cute *including yours* I love cute kitties 😸

I think it was the night before last, Sunday late, that the site said they were doing maintenance. This morning I did my regular "cleaning" of my smartphone and when I came to the forums i immediately noticed the change!

I miss the pinch and zoom feature, especially on lolakimono's photos that show interesting features of a designed room.

I still hope It'll return someday! I've been waiting for 4 months-ish!

            Thanks, @KitTkat!   I change my avatar around from time to time, just for fun.   I like seeing them, too.   Yours is adorable!😻  

            I miss the pinch-to-zoom on my iPad, very much.  It never stopped working on my iPhone 5 (current iOS), so that's okay.   On the iPad I've tried out the other zoom features under Settings, Accessibility.   It works to some extent, but I find it clumsy to use.   I keep hoping the software on this site will catch up and allow all mobile devices to use pinch-to-zoom.
