I am in shock at how ridiculously slow the Q shipping has become. I placed an order on October 14 and was just told that the order won't ship for 10 more business days and should arrive 4-7 days after it ships.I live 3 hours from the Q headquarters. I can understand a delay due to weather, but this order that will have taken a MONTH to arrive for no reason other than "we have experienced some issues in shipping." That is NOT ACCEPTABLE. I will no longer order from QVC. If Amazon and Zappos can do it in a day or two, what in the world makes QVC worth a snail's pace delivery?

I've been ordering a lot the last couple weeks for the holidays but I'm almost done with QVC. It takes FOREVER to get anything. Not good customer service at all!
