I ordered a Linea by Louis Dell Ohio top on July 19th that was in stock. It is now July 28th and it has still NOT shipped. I got an automated vsmg from QVC about "Sorry for the slow shipping" which did not identify the order number or item number. When I called CS they couldn't identify which order it related to (could have been a Quacker Factory order that was still "In Process") but said that the Linea top order had until August 2nd to transfer to "Shipping Status". That means I'll get it way after the July 26th estimated delivery date and after I leave for a vacation where I wanted to wear it.
WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THESE SHIPPING PROBLEMS??? QVC is not a new company. This "changeover" delay should not be happening. At the very least, if there is a delay you should be able to cancel the order but NO, its in stuck "In Process". They wouldn't even expedite shipping as some CS representatives have done in the past when the EDD has gone by.
Does anyone have the physical address to write a letter to QVC management? Has anyone had any luck with a response?

@sabandrusty Yes, I experienced the same problem this week. I know what my orders are because I haven’t (intentionally) bought anything for over a month. As soon as my order confirmation hit inbox the delay notice arrived. I went into my order detail and decided to cancel but could not since they claim order was being prepared for me. Never have I had this kind of run around game. It’s like when you go for drive thru they have you pay then tell you go park and wait 5 to 7 minutes. Lately I’m asking before I pay how long for my food so I get to decide. No options at Q I guess we’re stuck. I feel like something’s going on. No clue. Consider that amazon sold 175 million items on its prime special and everyone I know got their orders in one or two days!

I must have really bad luck with QVC.. I order online all the time from everywhere. But out of all the places QVC is the only one I have problems with. With in a 2 month period I didn't even ever receive my items at all... They are very slow at shipping off items and even slower getting here always late. I don't ever have problems with amazon or HSN. Does anyone eles have these problems???

My last few orders have been "In Process" for ever. I called Customer Service and in 24 hours 2 items were shipped. I purchased some items on July 25th and was about to call Customer Service when, this morning, they showed shipped. One item is still in process, but that was ordered later. I don't think I will order anything else from QVC, until this shipping issue is straightened out. I order online from other sites and shipping does not seem to be a problem.

Been there, done that, got the tee-shirt. I am shopping HSN and Macy's these days. NOT QVC.
