I know there have been many other comments about slow shipping, but wanted to add my experience into the mix just in case the corporate powers that be are actually listening. This is a problem. 

 

On June 12th, I ordered a QF Fourth of July Patriotic themed shirt. Thinking that it was early June when I ordered, there would be no problem getting it before July 4th. Well, it is now June 23rd and I have not recieved it. I checked the tracking and it appears as though it went all over the state of New Jersey first. It is now sitting at my post office and has been sitting there for 4 days. I cannot imagine why as we rarely have probelms with our mail. 

 

Yes, there are COVID issues with everything and I have been very sympathetic and understanding, but this is ridiculous. I actually may not have this shirt by the 4th of July. Now, there are much bigger problems in the world right now, and I will survive if I dont have my holiday shirt, but I will be really careful and somewhat reluctant about ordering from QVC from now on. 

 

I can remember when I would order an item from QVC and it would be here within a couple of days. Sadly, those days are gone it seems.

I have a package that has sat at USPS for 13 days 2 hours away from me. I did get a refund. Now another sitting there for 3 days. My packages from HSN, JC Penny & Amazon move! It's strange how QVC packages don't move. Maybe there's something to do with the way QVC does business with USPS. They have a third party transport packages. They can't lose that many packages.

Wow - that's awful! Glad you got a refund. I really do miss the days of UPS shipping with QVC. Once the post office got involved, it really slowed shipping down. And our post office is actually pretty good. Must be the process you mentioned. Again, it will definitely affect whether or not I purchase.

I gave up!  I have ordered from Amazon and Ebay and all have arrived when estimated and within 7 days or less.

 UPS tracking for my QVC package shows it has gone from Ontario, CA to Fontana, CA (15 miles) in 5 days! Glad I'm not in a hurry, lol!

Shipping has been horrible with QVC! No issue with HSN


I have had a package sitting in the town next to me for over a MONTH! They gave me a refund but I really want this treatment mist. UPS is no help at all...just sitting in Raleigh, NC!

Using Mail Inovations is a nightmare.  I have tried to be patient but things are now getting very annoying to say the least.  I have packages sitting 2 hours from my home for 5 days then taking another 4-5 days to get to my post office?  Something is not right!  Maybe it is the least expensive way for Q to send, but for the customer to wait this long to get their packages is very frustrating!  Still waiting for the Isaac dress I ordered on the TSV day.  Wanted to take it to the beach but now its not here to take.  Very dissapointed.

SAME PROBLEM ON 11 items -I think QVC needs to give us a NEW status. The working as hard as we can does not fly anymore. when other companies have decent service. There is something very wrong here and getting 11 items on your bill and no response from QVC is not acceptable any more
