It is discouraging to see an organization bring in new leadership, only to see those leaders fail what is supposed to be their #1 priority...their customers.
don't be discouraged, it is what it is.
the reality is that like the stock market, a companies day starts with money and the #1 priority it to make more money, by the end of the day. yes, companies need customers to make money, but they know that a cost of doing business is constantly getting new customers. granted, it is usually more expensive to get new customers then to keep the ones they have. but that is just a line item on the balance sheet. it's a numbers game, not a people game.
