Announcing that you have "issues" is not very helpful.  If you want assistance you have to specify exactly what is going on.

I don't know what the OP's issues are but some of us have specified and repeatedly so about issues with pages jumping. We've done so over at least a couple of different threads and over the course of the week and it would appear we're being summarily dismissed and ignored. The problems persist and no one has even had the courtesy, which is usually such a big deal around here, to respond to the inquiries.

Sometimes the problem may not be QVC site. it can be the server in your area. Technology has it faults but some things can't be worked out on their end. Pages do take awhile to load based on different computers and internet speed. The site is monitored but sometimes we as consumers need to realize that it will not be 100 percent all the time. Reception can be bad in your area which can cause problems for you to load and also the format you may using can cause you not to be able to load. This has happen to me a lot of times on various sites, the Q is not the only site that has this problem.

All true, but let's face it, when a site is consistently glitchy in one way or another and when users in different areas of the country, using different ISP's, different browsers and different types of computer all experience common problems, odds are it's yet another QVC IT issue... And for the record, I'm not sure how closely the site is monitored other than for user content, and even then, there have been no fewer than four threads, possibly more, expressing concerns about these problems and so far no one at their end has made a choice to respond...
