Since when does ups deliver on Sunday?

I am ready to scream. I have been waiting for a package all week last week. I was away all day yesterday and got back today I see a package was delivered yesterday at my front porch? Well guess what? No package on my front porch. They always send me an email ahead of time. I usually stay home and wait for them.

HELP ME

Since when did they start delivering on a Sunday?

I think UPS starts delivering more days because of the holidays. I would contact whomever you got the delivery from and let them know you didn't receive your package.

Call the po-po. If there are any home survaillance cams in your hood, it will help the po-po. Especially if they can trace the license plates of the get-a-way car.

Call UPS and ask them? They may be doing it for Christmas rush.

I haven't had anything delivered by UPS on a Sunday this year, but I do get my Amazon deliveries on Sunday via USPS. If your package was delivered Smart/SurePost, it's possib;e UPS carried it as far as your local USPS and they delivered to your door.

Either way, I would call UPS and talk to someone there because you may need to add a "don't deliver on Sunday" note to your account.

@ChynnaBlue Well Sunday isn't the problem. I could have changed the delivery date because I am almost always home. Seriously , I don't ever remember getting a package from anyone on a Sunday.

No cameras in my neighborhood. I'll have to check with neighbors. I have seen this before and found it was delivered to one of my neighbors. This package was a week late and now this! ARGH!!!!!!!

They do deliver on Sunday during the holiday season. You should check UPS tracking to see if they delivered it to one of their UPS Access Points. Also there is a method where UPS delivers the package to your Post Office and the Post Office delivers it to you. It's confusing because tracking will say that the package was delivered but it actually only went to the post office....which visits it a day or two later.

My UPS guy told me recently that they were now into Saturday deliveries. He didn't say anything about Sunday delivery. I have had Sunday deliveries, however. From Amazon via their own delivery truck. And by USPS, on behalf of Amazon.

@BalletBabe If your package was sent by Smart Post your UPS tracking will say "Transferred to Post Office". Then the local PO would be the one who delivers the package.

I hope you find out what happened and where your package is. It's really a hassle when that happens. Neighbors have brought a few packages to us and we've done the same for them because of an error in delivering but not very often.
