Since Thanksgiving. USPS is also delivering on Sundays. We have received packages on Christmas Day from UPS, Fed Ex and DHL. Come 12/26, it's back to the same old, same old.

@BalletBabe this exact thing happened to me on the 4th of July Weekend. I was expecting a package from Amazon.I was getting e-mails all week saying that I would get the Package on Tuesday July 5th I went away for the Weekend and I was checking my e-mails and I see to my HORROR that UPS will be delivering my Package on Sunday July 3rd..WHAT? I was so mad. I knew I wasn't going to be home and I had no way to stop this..Well, you guessed it,they attempted to deliver it and took it back. I didn't get this package for at least 5 days.At one point no one knew where this package was...Hey,if you are going to deliver apackage on a HOLIDAY WEEKEND..maybe you should ASK thr person if they want this to be done!

Our ups driver told us they were delivering on Saturday and Sunday until Christmas

Not in my neighborhood. Took 15 days to get a coffee pot. It was at UPS facility on Saturday the 10th and said delivery next business day. It is taking loner and longer to get a pkg. From the Q. Not AMAZON or HSN. The Q goes by the way of CHINA by a slow boat. Terrible. I get free shipping from Amazon and 'LL BEAN and quicker service, yet the Q Does nothing for the customer. Doesn't,t pay attention to complaints.

I had been away and she was feeding my parrot on that Sunday. When I got home late, she was not at home. I did get a hold of her at some point, and she said oh I picked it up, because I didn't want anyone to take it knowing you were away.

@qvcaddition I have to say, that in my case QVC was very nice about it. In fact they shipped another one out immediatly because I needed it by Thursday for a Birthday. I ended up getting both packages and decided to keep them both. I don't deal with CS on the phone anymore or online unless it is a simple question. If I have an issue , I contact via email the moderators here at qvc social team. I have received excellent service from them.

Yes, the Mods do help when they read a problem. That is what got my pot started and out of IN Process. CS can't do anything online or by phone except the usual "I'm Sorry"

Two days ago, ordered an umbrella from Amazon Prime and got it today. Fast shipping.
