@GenXmuse  Exactly. It just about says that on the banner.      New Destination.

I am having no problems currently signing in on my Fire tablet. Who knows what is going on? The world has lost its mojo.

Re: Should we contact 'corporate' about this website?

If I sign in at the top of the forum page, I have no issues.  I can understand having to sign in twice, because the system for the forum is probably outsourced, on a different server, run by different software, due to performance problems, security, etc.  Not a real issue.

Yes, I'd shut it down too because of all the griping and whining about such small issues as signing in twice.   Ok, so you might have to sign in two times, is that really a problem in your life?

That's shame.

I am sure you are right, they want to move this to FB.  Why pay a team to manage this there is probably not enough return on the investment.

I will NOT be part of the FB group, I hate FB with a passion.

I will miss everyone though..........

One of QVC's IT specialists who took a job with another company said on another website QVC was having issues somewhere every day that needed fixed.  He suggested it was the competence level of those hired.

Although this is minor, I see another glitch.  QVC can't add up the number on my wish list accurately.  They have a whopping 50 more than I count.  What else isn't counted correctly?

How about items sold and those still in stock?  That might account for some of the sold-outs that aren't sold out the next day.  Think about how invasive this could be from adding up the totals of our orders correctly to a number of other things.

I'm not privy to the IT Department, but something is wrong.

@Foxxee  I agree with you and many years ago I had occasion to both speak with and exchange emails with folks in the IT department. Of course, there's probably been turnover since then but even then they were aware of the deficiencies and yet things never really improved. Is is a corporate choice not to adequately prioritize IT or it something else? Ether way, I understand concerns about the forums potentially going away, but it's not just the forums that are often riddled with glitches, as you note. Moreover, I guess my perspective is that, as things stand now, the forums are not routinely accessible for one reason or another, and this seems to be an ongoing and increasing problem. It's also not fair, appropriate or helpful to expect customer service representatives and social media employees to address IT issues. It simply isn't their area of expertise and the suggesed 'fixes' aren't often 'fixes' at all.

OK so this was bizarre.  I was just now finally able to log in.  No luck at all yesterday.  What finally worked I think was logging into my QVC account, then I logged into my QVC account AGAIN without logging off (not the forums) and it took me to the forums logged in.  Not 100% sure what worked because at this point I was only half paying attention to my various attempts to log in.  But I did not log in at the forums page. Not going to question it for now, it's good to be back.

@Sooner  You're oversimplifying the problem. If it was a matter of having to do no more than sign in twice, I suspect we could all live with that. We shouldn't have to, but we could. It's a matter of not being able to get in at all, for hours and hours, of having to perform machinations above and beyond accessing any other website to simply log in and so on. If you haven't experienced the problems then you're fortunate. Wordy, I know, but read my full first post and perhaps you'll better understand the problem.

@Abrowneyegirl  There were Mods over there also if I remember correctly. After I realized what it was all about, I quickly signed off and tried to find a way to unjoin which eventually I did.

@Abrowneyegirl  I won't be joining in either. I had an account and closed it. I have no intention of opening another. More to the point, I don't love QVC so why would I join a group so named. I shop QVC occasionally, but sorry, shopping entities are not among the things that can be said that I 'love'...

I couldnt log in here for a couple days. Tried microsoft browser now and finally got in.

Read what was being said and it does sound like this forum is closing soon and going to facebook.

The issue with that is we wont know who we are unless we say so.  I just joined there.

Hoping all of you here will join there! Will miss everyone that doesnt go there. It wont be the same on FB as it has been here.
