Shopping Cart is Acting Up

I’ve made several attempts today to place items in my shopping cart and open the cart to complete the purchasing process.  However the shopping cart keeps opening to blank space.  It has the number of items in the top corner, but the page remains blank.  

 

Can the Mods look into this?  Not sure if it’s happening to anyone else.

The whole site is acting up.  I could not even get on for Q for 20 minutes.
