Shoes Packed With Inserts Too Large For Size

I just wrote a review for an Isaac Mizrahi ballet flat with faux pearls on the heels A31141.  I wear a size 5 which is already hard to find.  When I am able to order shoes they are often packed & sent with stick inserts & plastic shapes that are too large for the size.  I understand the inserts must be a standard size but jamming them in a shoe that's too small for it often distorts the size, making it slightly longer and wider.  Please remember your customers come in all sizes and it doesn't make sense to do this when it's ruining the fit.  The beautiful flats with the faux pearls were stretched so badly by the insert stick the inside of the heel area was almost pierced through and obviously are being returned.   Thanks for listening Customer Care.
