WoW the Q has hit rock bottom!

 

Last orders of multiple items on each have been seriosly miss handled! Ship about half on both orders.  Tried to cancel with no results- telling me CS can't cancel or WON"T cancel.

 

CS chat is useless!

 

There is NOTHING on the Q I can not get elsewhere!

@floridagal46  I am sorry that you have had this experience. Unfortunately there are times when we are unable to cancel an order. I would be happy to put a note on an order that you tried to cancel so that you can return it for a full refund.

I knew this wasn't going to be easy to return and receive credit of the return fees!  

 

I now know that is true!

 

They didn't bother with the issues at hand or the customers!
