@Radul.  Once the order ships, QVC has nothing to do with tracking.  The shippers chane it according to traveling conitions and their workloads.  Our packages from most online merchants undoubtedly have a low priority due V to the low rate they get.

@Kachina624  ..  I agree that once an order ships QVC has nothing to do with tracking.  However, QVC has orders  "processing" forever before they even get to the shipper  (ups, usps, etc.)

that is certainly true !

That's exactly what I said in my comment above, some orders take weeks to 'process' before they are ever mailed out, for some reason.

And you do not have the option to cancel after so long, either.

@Ronettes.  Really?  You've waited weeks for dsomething to ship?  When and what was it?

I emailed the QVC social Team last week about an order that wasn't shipping & it went out the next day.  It arrived 2 days after that.  I think they cut back on their warehouse staff last year so the orders don't get pulled as quickly.  They probably could use extra help this time of year getting those orders out.  If you pay for expedited shipping they pull the order ASAP but you have to pay for it.  I sometimes do that just because I don't want to wait 2 weeks to get an item.

Actually I never suggested to assign a CS ti each person call that thinks ther have a problem but  yes they can monitor for problems proactivell that is what computer programs are for  and then they could look for major problems and or patterns and use it for proess imporvement. and customer service improvement  but a company has to have a customer service mindset

Im just tired of being stressed everytime I check my order status !!

please hire more warehouse staff if that is the problem .  It really isn't fair to have customers wait and wait .  This year I'm definitely not  ordering gifts starting December 1st ,  some have to be mailed out of state ,  and I just cant count on getting them in time I will do local shopping , other online shopping that sends quickly and Amazon which will get to me in a timely matter always.
