I think you should do that, because they can only do so much with a limited staff. We have to remember that some work places like QVC are taking temperatures of everyone on a daily basis, they will be short handed. I myself would have opted out of work doing this time. These places are non essential workers doing a job that most of you complain about everyday. Once it leave QVC who knows how many sub contractors are used to get those packages to you. Customer service is hard to contact is true but even IRS was not answering the phones for taxpayers who had problems with their taxes, i think it is fair to say everyone is going through something during this time.
