If QVC is having trouble getting our items out of “processing the order,” then you should let us cancel the item!! 6 days and beyond getting an item out of processing is totally both frustrating and unacceptable!! I really think you should be doing better than this QVC!!! After all…you are QVC!!!

I agree wee should be able to cancel any order that has not shipped within 4 days.

If they can't ship it in 4 days; then something is really wrong.

In addition to the SLOW PROCESSING, I have a package that has been sitting at my local UPS clearing station for 6 days without any movement!

The package is 20 minutes from my home, and it has been sitting at UPS for 6 days with no updates whatsoever.

I have sent UPS 2 emails to give me up-to-date tracking info. on the package for a prospective delivery date and I have heard NOTHING from UPS....that is NOT typical of UPS - they usually email me back in 1 day.

Looks like a lot of systems are dysfunctional these days!

I know exactly what you're talking about. I have experienced the same thing 3 times in the last 2 months. Post office is 5 minutes away, yet the package was there for 7 days.  All the post office could tell me was that it was being processed. And QVC would not let me cancel my order after 15 days. They suggested that I reorder the same item at the same price which I did, and surprisedly BOTH orders arrived on the same day 6 days later!

My regular orders, mostly clothing, are shipping in 4 days without exception. I'm guessing the slow ones are vendor shipped. Another entity can't be expected to cancel orders apparently. My orders come from the troubled Ontario war3house, which seems okay now.

If UPS and USPS are holding our packages, what is QVC supposed to do?

Call them and make them go find my bag?

I can't fault QVC for delays at my post office.

I have had food sit at UPS for days....of course it had to be credited...no amount of dry ice is going to save it when UPS lets it sit.

My orders usually process and ship from QVC in 4 days or less.  They did their part.

Could not agree more.....I ordered an item on on August 2.  According to "order status," it never even shipped until August 9 and is scheduled for delivery August 17!  I totally agree that the customer should have the option of cancelling an order if it has not been processed after 48-72 hours.  This policy of posting 'Preparing Your Order'  immediately after an order is placed, thereby preventing the customer of having the option of cancelling, is outrageous.  I read recently that QVC posted a 7% decline in sales - maybe the management needs to start paying closer attention to the ways in which customer service has declined and make some changes.

This is what I received yesterday from UPS, thrown at front door.  Please notice condition of item!  Beautiful brand is luxurious, HOWEVER look at all wrinkles in blouse,  i of 2 received. Returning packages.

The D&C. Berry colored velvet dress was/worn or just thrown into package. Look at crunched up tissues paper!  QVC wants expensive prices when merchandise not as good as Goodwill?  Pay attention to quality & your customers. I can go to Goodwill & get items not wrinkles. If hosts want to be entertaining I suggest going on stage in nightclub.  This is ludicrous. High prices but shipping & handling terrible.IMG_20250817_070630.jpg
