I totally agree about the slow shipping. I think they keep the order you made several weeks ago as 'preparing your order' so you can't cancel it. I have decided not to do any more ordering from QVC, just don't like the shipping speed, not being able to cancel after several weeks, and the return processing speed.

Any time I place an order I choose my own shipping method. It's on the check out page near the shipping info. There's an edit arrow. Just click it and a drop down menu comes down and there's three choices. The first one is the 3.50 one that it defaults to. This is the one where you'll have to baby sit your orders. The second one is..........drum roll......
UPS ALL THE WAY!!!! NO USPS!!!!!! I get it in two days!!!!
Yes, it's ten bucks more but that just gets evenly added to the easy pay.
SO worth it. Now, I don't have to hassle around with my stuff.

@stellabystarlight I sympathize with you, I have an item 16 days and counting but it a personal item for me and not a gift. The Q needs more reliable people and if the item is an advanced order we should know from the start which I was not informed.
