I ordered on 9/6 and they were supposed to ship 9/27 and have heard nothing....

I wouldn't expect QVC to ship on the exact EDD given you.  Give them a few days.  Two of mine shipped around 4 days later.

It's a month past the expected ship date!! You've been exceptionally patient! You're still waiting since September????

Contact customer service. I don't think any of us could give any explanation that wouldn't be a guess. Get on the phone is my best advice.

Could it be on the cargo containers that fell into the ocean,or just on a  cargo ship that hasn't been able to dock. Nothing  would surprise me with what customer service will be telling  us as we get closer to the holidays. 

I feel don't take orders if you can't fill it with stock already in warehouses,or let us CANCEL.

Since your order is about a month late,  I'd be concerned too.  I'm guessing it's bobbing on the waves off of The California coast and you'll get it later than sooner.  I doubt if anyone at QVC can give you information because they don't know either.  They see the same order status as you see.

I sent an email and never got a response so I will try to call and I would be the farm they will say they don't have an answer.
