It finally happened- I've been billed for items I've yet to receive.  My sketchers have an EDD of 11/23- Sorry that can't happen when you don't ship until 11/25. 

Julep eye pencils- Ordered on Nov 16th- Still not here..It's December 3rd.

 

Come on QVC--No confidence you will deliver on time for holidays.  All this stuff is going back.  Shipping is expensive and the service is terrible.

@Jtdmum I'm so sorry for any disappointment, but you will receive your oder for the skechers and Julep on Tuesday12/04/2018 (tomorrow).

I believe listed below is what should happen:

 

Usually a hold is placed on your method of payment for the amount you will be charging according to your purchase...the hold alerts your credit/debit card bank that a potential purchase will be enacted. So the bank places a temporary hold on those funds. 

 

Then when the QVC order ships, on the day it ships you are supposed to be charged for the full purchase price.

 

Billing charges are supposed to be finalized on the day the item ships to you  from QVC and then your  Card/bank hold amount drops off, so all you should see  from QVC will is your actual  QVC finalized purchase charge.

You are charged when items are shipped, not when you receive them.

Exactly!

 

Qvc is not an overnight shipper, we all know that.

 

Returning them because you are miffed is going to cost you.  Even if you ordered on free shipping day, you still have to pay the return shipping either out of your pocket or the cost of the return label.

 

If you did NOT order w/ free shipping, your lose will be even greater.

 

I understand you are disappointed but don't cut your nose off to spite your face (as my mother would say!) LOL

 

I'm glad you will be receiving them soon!
