I to have the same issue ordered on june 8th order is still not shipped I have talked to customer service many times I have also called and talked to the company that makes the product I was trying to buy. It will be 20 days tomorrow.THIS IS NOY OKAY YOU ARE HOLDING MY MONEY HOSTAGE YOU KNEW YOU WERE HAVING PROBLEMS FROM THIS WHAREHOUSE YOU DIDNT BOTHER TO TELL ANYONE.THATS A BIG FAT FAIL FOR YOU QVC 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

This is why I rarely order from the Q.  I get my stuff from HSN within 5 days.  Amazon, the next day.  No excuse

I've been a QVC customer for 38 years, and have NEVER seen shipping from the Q this bad.
I have made less than 150 posts on these boards in ALL that time, and yet, I have made MOST of my posts in the last 2 months since this whole shipping delay mess started happening in April.

I've seen DOZENS of posts about this EXACT problem, over and over again for 2 months now.
Q has offered some explanations on the bigger posts a few weeks back.
Explanations from Q are: Warehouse problems in Ontario, CA and technical issues.

Doesn't Q have more than ONE warehouse?

I remember until 6 years ago, ALL my Q orders came from Back east (I'm on the west coast). And I was used to waiting a fulll 10 days to get anything from Q.

With the Ontario,CA warehouse...I was getting orders in 5 days! It was amazing - after 30 years, I finally understood why people who live on the east coast were so happy with Q's service - They had always received their orders in 5 days or so, while on the west coast, we were used to 10 days to get orders for almost 3 decades.

So now there's the Ontario, CA warehouse...and things are taking up to 3 weeks to receive.
Can't Cancel.

Technically, I don't think Q has charged my credit card until an order SHIPS.
These complaints about SLOW SHIPPING have been going on since: APRIL
I just factor it in now:

IF I WANT SOMETHING FROM THE Q - IT"S GOING TO TAKE 3 WEEKS TO RECEIVE IT.

Until things change, I don't see any other options.
There are lots of online retailers out there..but there are certain brands from the Q that I like, so I will continue to order them; even if it takes 3 weeks.

I ordered the TSV panties on June 17.  Here it is June 28, and the order is still being prepared.  I'll be away a couple days, and I sure hope it isn't delivered when I'm gone because we have porch pirates.  I would NEVER have ordered had I known of this delay.  You'd think those panty sets would have been lined up to fly out the door after ordered.  I'd like to cancel but it says too late.

I don't think it is an issue with the warehouse not being stocked because I ordered a dress that is not new it's been around for quite a while, I wanted it for a special occasion and it has been stuck and it's still stuck since May 19th. Since I needed this dress for a special occasion I took a chance and reordered it about a week later and it shipped within a couple of days and I got it and there were no issues with that second order but the original order is still stuck and they cannot or will not cancel it which means if I ever get it I'm going to have to return it because I don't need two of the same dress.

There are shipping troubles for sure.  As for ordering items for special occasions from QVC, it's risky unless you order months ahead.

@QVCAddiction I have always found that I receive my items from HSN in a very timely manner. I don't order from HSN a lot, but what I have ordered has always come relatively quickly.
