Shipping Issue (Moderator help please)

I have three outstanding orders.  Two were placed on 11/30.  After taking a rather circuitous route, they seem to be stuck in "electronic shipping information received".  I wonder if any of the moderators can help me find out what's going on.  Thank you.

@Anonymous Thanks for trying to help, but no e-mail received.  I presume you used the same e-mail that I have on file for order status, notifications, etc?  (I get them all the time without problems.)  Again, thanks for your time.
