I'm scratching my head on this one; ordered My Grandmas mini Pumpkin Bundt Cakes  for 11/2 shipping date.  Couldn't believe my eyes that they are out for delivery today.  I notified QVC's social team, waiting to hear their response.  I also received 2 other items recently that did not show "shipped" but received them anyway???  Anyone else experiencing this?

@BornToShop   lol, I guess Grandma is eager to get rid of her bundt cakes.  I'd ask to be reinstated with the 11/2 date at no charge.  Happy July Fourth pumpkin eating.

@BornToShop  Wow, now that is an early shipment, I'm sorry about that.  We still have not gotten an email, please email us again at QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com including the order info, we will be happy to take a look and see whats going on.

Thoroughly disgusted with QVC. Ordered a product late night and next morning changed my mind and went online to cance. Already they told me it's too late to cancel. If that isn't a hard sell crooked game. Find I'm disliking more and more about them and looking elsewhere to do my shopping.

I had something similar happen.  I check my order status frequently, and one item said 'Preparing Your Order' for about a week and a half.  UPS showed up unexpectedly and delivered a package and it was that item.  I checked Order Status again and it still said 'Preparing Your Order'.  Tracking finally updated after a few days.

This is not a complaint, however.  There is virtually nothing that I order that I'm in a hurry for; I honestly don't care when it shows up.  I only check Order Status so that I can make it a point to be home if I am expecting a package.  If I am in a hurry for an item, I often look for it locally, knowing that the delivery systems are not as efficient as they used to be.

Now think about it, you are getting a 11/2 delivery now and all of you complained that the Q is on a delay shipping schedule.  (just being funny)

Anyhow, can you imagine if they are baked already, what you would of gotten in November?

So is it true, you prepay on advanced deliveries?
