Sent Two Dupicate Orders by Mistake

I received the two items last week and was again sent the same  two orders today. This is the first time in 30 years this has happened. Now I have to ship them back as did not order two of the same. Has this ever happened to you?

I am sorry this happened. Please use the return label to return the duplicate order at no charge to you.
