Sent 3 emails to customer service, no response

On Friday, I sent letters to the customer care, and the quick returns department for the credit of 3 returns. Usually the QVC social team is right on the ball, I resent the emails, and still nothing. I know you're very busy, but the refunds are excruciatingly slow, and I have to keep paying for these items on my bill when they come. Can you please look into this for me?  Thank you.

Delilah, I have had the same issue with my return emails. I've called CS, but was told the fire at the warehouse is causing delays. Personally I'm a little confused that emails are delayed because of the fire.  I expect delays in processing returned merchandise, but emails should be processed at a different location. Very frustrating. Good luck

I did that....twice, no response.

Oh yes, exactly! I'm not sure the fire is the cause of delays from the customer service department, answering emails and getting returns refunded. There used to be a quick returns department, which I believe is no longer in service. I've been having an awful time getting my refunds. This is making me not want to buy anything anymore. I can't wait months for a refund, since I'm paying on my Q bill.
