Exchanges are a joke.  Over & over all the hosts hawked free exchanges on Jennie Garth's jeans.  I tried to exchange for a petite length and was told I couldn't because each length had a different #.  Done.  I am paying off my Q card.

So, we're talking about the return shipping, not a fee for returning on top of the return shipping, correct?  The only reason I ask is there was a post yesterday I saw that claimed they charge you both the return shipping and a return fee.  I know some companies do that calling it a re-stocking fee, but I didn't think QVC did that and so I did not respond to the poster who posted about it.  It was an in general post, not a post about a specific purchase.  Thanks.

If I really want something, I order it and send the not-wanted one back at my expense.  First of all if I want it I want it.  

 

Secondly I don't want to hassle with trying to exchange it and all that goes with that.  Not worth it to me!

I suppose people would cheat if that were the case. Easy to request an exchange on something knowing by looking online that it was not available.  People try all kinds of tricks to get out of paying.  Sad that someone would go to that length but nothing surprises me anymore.

@Bird mama   The next time you want to exchange you should send an email to qvceasyreturns.com and tell them what you need to exchange, the order number and description of what you got, and tell them what you want for the exchange. They will do it and put through the exchange way faster than waiting for them to get yours back with the request. I have emailed about an exchange and had the replacement within a week!  Its so much faster. After I get the new size or color, then I mail back the one that wasn't right. It has worked for me a few times and I got what I wanted much faster than the way you did it.
