On the qvc app, for the past few weeks this message appears when there is a choice to be made, but there are no numbers to choose! You literally cannot order on the app because it does not take you to the page to choose petite or regular. I understand they have different order numbers, but the arrow is missing to give us a choice. This has also happened on some items where there is a choice of ship dates. Customer care, please alert the IT department to fix this. I have been having to go off the app and into qvc.com where there is not a problem to order.

@Catch71 Can you please provide us just a couple of item numbers as examples, we can pass along the issue to IT once we can verify. Either post here or you can email us at QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com.

Well it happened this morning with item A557188 when I was trying to order Susan Graver Skirt. I went to items recently on air, found it, and it appears to be fixed! Can't remember exactly what I was looking at before when it happened but if I notice it again I will return here to let you know right away. It may have been a food item with choice of shipping dates. When I go to the website it is fine, its just on the app choices are not there to click.

Right now, Friday went on the qvc app to order A44296 and no place to choose size or team. It says ***Please see Individual Item #s for details but there is nothing to take you there. Went to website and choices were there but my size was sold out. Someone needs to fix this.
