@Thats Me & @geezerette & @Kachina624 - I could always search for those details in my Order Status as well, so I tried to do that just now—no luck; nothing happens when pressing enter or clicking the magnifying glass. That feature does appear to be broken. I know it was available as recently as the last free shipping event, though, because I used it to check on how many orders of Silvestri Sweets chocolate caramels I bought last time around...  Smiley Wink

Hi @loriqvc @it didn't work for me then. I wonder if they're changing access and rolling it out in waves. As far as I can tell I lost the access @ 2 weeks ago.

I can't use the search box either on my home computer, work computer, Ipad or Iphone.  Just like you, nothing happens when you search for an item you previously ordered.  This has been happening for about 2 weeks now.

What doesn't make sense to me is they allow you to select, by year, your order history going back to 2015, but then when you select a year prior to 2020, they don't list the orders.  Why allow us to select a previous year, going back to 2015, if you're not going to list the orders? (Rhetorical question, not asking).
