In the search bar in order status I type an item number, hit return- and nothing happens.
Has anyone else had the same problem? I have only had this issue for the past several days or so. It always worked before.

@Thats Me It has been years since we could search in order status by item number, which I find extremely inconvenient. I can't check to see what color of a shirt I ordered last year or whether I already own an item. It has caused me to order duplicates. Too much shopping? Probably.

I don't have that problem. I can search by brand, item, or order number.

My search function in Order Status is not working at all; has not been since last evening. Cannot search by a key word, item number, or anything. Quite inconvenient and annoying.

Mine is not working either can't search for any passed orders with item numbers or words. This happened the same day this passed week, that they were having trouble with all online orders. Online was down. Hosts were telling everyone to call in with thier orders
I guess they did not fix everything

The last couple of days the search bar wasn't working. I tried different computers on different browsers, including a new ipad. Nothing worked until about 4 hours ago today (Sat.) I guess they're "fine-tuning" it, lol.
Really, not funny, but just one more problem on orders.
I wish "they" would fix easy pay status. By the month works, but by order, it hasn't updated since July 12.

I called CS this afternoon and reported the problem. She said she would report it to the tech group. It sure would be nice if reporting it guarantees it will get fixed but I don't think I expect it. Maybe we'll be pleasantly surprised.

My search function in MyAccount doesn't work either.
I sent an email to the QVC social Team explaining my problem with the search function in My Account. Wayne with QVC responded that he could look up that I needed.
While I appreciated their quick response my problem wasn't addressed in the reply. A few minutes ago I sent another email asking if this was just my account or with QVC.
I came to the QVC boards and found this topic is already being discussed by others. So it's not just my account.
