Just reviewed the statement I just received and it makes no sense. The new balance is way below what I was expecting based on my last statement. I compared it to my February statement and there are Easypay installments remaining on 8 items that do not appear on my March statement. I checked my account online and the easy pay installments there didn't make sense compared to with the statement, either. I just called the customer service number on the statement to get some help and went thru the maddening telephone prompt loop repeatedly before I finally got a human being on the line. She told me that QVC "rolls over" charges every 30 days and since February had only 28 days, that's probably why I'm noticing charges missing from my statement. I'm uncomfortable with this. I don't want to get hit with huge interest charges if I'm being misinformed by customer service.
I've been a QVC customer for many, many years and don't remember ever seeing this inconsistency before. Obviously, something has changed. It shouldn't be this difficult to understand my statement. It also shouldn't be so frustrating to get my questions answered via telephone. Not a happy customer!

When you refer to your statement, do you mean your QCard statement? Your easy payments do not reflect in your QCard statement until you are actually billed. And the cutoff dates can cause confusion. The representative you spoke with was correct - we do bill easy payments every 30 days so often there is no billing for February.
